Elevate Personal Development Consultancy – “…where passion meets purpose…”

Elevate started in November 2018 as an answer to prayer to help support the work of our NGO Promises of a Future Foundation (PROFF). Elevate is about SELF-LEADERSHIP. We provide SOFT SKILLS and HR TRAINING to encourage personal growth and development on a personal and professional level.

Additionally, our consultancy services involve working with start-ups and individuals who own and operate micro-businesses. Our main focus is on GOAL SETTING helping them begin operations and grow their businesses. We provide a positive, warm and welcoming environment where emerging entrepreneurs can talk about their plans and ideas and get encouragement and support. Our mentoring and goal setting strategies are geared towards helping them develop effective strategic plans to moved them towards the legalization of their businesses.

We extend our soft skills and HR training to women and men. Welcome to Elevate Personal Development Consultancy.

Legendary sushi maestro, Chef Shiro Kashiba brings his authentic and innovative Edomae style of sushi and acclaimed Japanese cuisine to downtown Seattle.

Q History

Chef Shiro Kashiba started Seattle's first sushi bar in 1970 after years of grueling training alongside world renown sushi chef Jiro Ohno in Tokyo. Chef Shiro Kashiba introduced his masterpiece, Sushi Kashiba in December 2015.

We all have goals but sometimes we need help to prioritize them. I attended a Goal Setting workshop with Elevate and left more empowered with a clear sense of direction. The facilitator, Ms. Nicole Pichery helped me to restructure my goals using the SMART framework. Their workshops and training sessions really deliver the promise of ‘elevation.’
